Motion Control Sales Engineer

In-Position Technologies is looking for an experienced Motion Control Sales Engineer. This person must have 3-5 years experience specifying and applying motion control equipment. The sales engineer will have full responsibility for all sales activities in the territory including: forecasting, specifying and sizing motor systems, lead follow-up, and management of customer supplier relations. The sales engineer is expected to look for ways to increase sales.

In-Position Technologies is a well-established Motion Control supplier expanding its sales force in the Arizona marketplace. The Sales Engineer will take over sales in a fast growing, well-developed Arizona territory. The candidate must be able to use fundamental engineering principals to solve solving complex machine automation applications with emphasis on applying servo systems, stepper systems, and micro positioning systems. The candidate must have prior experience selling and applying Motion Control Equipment.

Control Systems, Motion Systems - X-Y tables, Servo Systems, Step Motor Systems, Software, Encoders, Transducers, Ball Screws, Linear Bearings, LM Guides, Couplings, Gear Boxes, Actuators and Machine Guarding Safety Systems.
Parker, ACS, Primatics, IMS, MCG, Galil, LinMot, Trilogy, ELMO, STI, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS Engineering, 3-5 years experience applying motion products and excellent communication skills.
  
• Possess expertise in motion control systems and their related components, including: servo systems and stepper systems, linear motors, amplifiers, mechanical positioning equipment, linear rails and ball screws.
