Application Engineer
In-Position Technologies is looking for an experienced Motion Control
Applications Engineer. This person must have 2 years experience specifying and applying motion control equipment. The
application engineer will have responsibility for sizing, specifying and
implementing servo and stepper systems. The applications engineer will be expected to look for ways to increase sales.
In-Position Technologies is a well-established Motion Control supplier is expanding
in the Colorado marketplace. The candidate must be able to use fundamental engineering principals to solve solving complex machine automation applications with emphasis on applying servo systems, stepper systems, and micro positioning systems. The candidate must have prior experience applying
automation equipment.
Control Systems, Motion Systems - X-Y tables, Servo Systems, Step Motor Systems, Software, Encoders, Transducers, Ball Screws, Linear Bearings, LM Guides, Couplings, Gear Boxes, Actuators and Machine Guarding Safety Systems.
Parker, ACS, Primatics, IMS, TruTech, SMAC, Exlar , Bishop-Wisecarver, COPLEY,
Leuze etc.
SALARY: $50,000 - $75,000 + Commission
dependent upon experience
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS Engineering, 2 years experience applying motion products and excellent communication skills.
- Possess expertise in motion control systems and their related components, including: servo systems and stepper systems, linear motors, amplifiers, mechanical positioning equipment, linear rails and ball screws.
