AUTOFLEX SYSTEMS
I wanted to take a minute to recognize the excellent service and support I recently received  from Mike Connaughton and Graham Vlcek.

Our Company recently delivered a Multi-Axis Stepper based machine which utilized a 6K6 Controller and a CTC operator interface.

This was our first 6K6/CTC system and there was, of course, a learning curve for us. 

We had some problems early on with the 6K6 and the CTC.  When it became apparent to us that these problems were not entirely related our inexperience with the product, we asked for help and Mike and Graham came to our shop to help.  They worked a full day to resolve what ultimately turned out to be a Hardware/Firmware problem with the 6K6 and a weird software problem with the CTC. 

As the project progressed,  Mike and Graham were always available to help.  

He also rendered a significant amount of software support, especially with the 6K6 program where some of the functions were not as intuitive as maybe the manual made them out to be.

Mike was extraordinarily helpful in debugging and resolving all of the problems we had, even going to the trouble of personally delivering a replacement component, installing it and debugging it ON A SATURDAY, in my absence. 

His availability, concern and response was exemplary and I feel that much of the success of this project goes to him.

We ultimately got the machine to the customer and they are very happy. 

All the failed components were deemed, by Parker, as defective and were replaced. 

Mike reviewed our schematics with us and put our minds to rest that our design was sound.  I think he was a little surprised also with how often Murphy showed up on this project.  Regardless, his persistence and attitude prevailed.  We now feel much more comfortable with Parker and will use it again without "much" hesitation....as long as we can count on having half as much support as we received on this one.
